a surprising and welcome event that is considered to be the work of a divine agency.
Dear Baby,
On Christmas day, we gave our parents the greatest gift we have ever given--news of you! We wrapped picture frames with the announcement and tried to contain our excitement as they opened their gifts.
"Don't be discouraged if your children reject your advice. Years later they will offer it to their own offspring"
-Oscar Wilde
The time has come where I must take everything my mother has taught me, and everything both my parents have instilled in my life, and transfer it to you. Being a mother is a huge step in life and I know that it will allow me to connect with my mother in ways I never have before. For that, I am eternally greatful to you.
Your Grandma Cheri and Grandpa Bruce were very surprised and filled with happiness. They have been waiting for you to arrive since the day your dad and I got married. I am sure that some day they will share their story of the day they found out they were grandparents. In the meantime, here is a short video of their Christmas miracle.
After hosting us for 4 days, Grandma Toni was suspious and knew right away what the gift was about (but I think Grandpa Evan was a little more surprised). Either way, I know they were exstatic at the great news and are ready and excited to be your grandparents.
Love,
Mommy
